Accommodation
Everyone is assigned into shared rooms. Parents/Couples can request their own room when registering but it's not guaranteed.

Detailed transport and logistic information will be shared in the coming weeks with options going to and from camp.

You can book your flights in advance if you will be making your own way to camp. If you need someone to pick you up from the airport, please let us know by emailing us at

Adults / Parents
Adults and parents can join as part of the staff or volunteer team, but can also choose to plan their own itinerary outside of camp.

Programme
A detailed event programme will be shared closer to the start of the youth camp.
Campers 2 years old and younger
Children 2 years old and below are FREE, but parents must bring their own food for the child.
Refunds
In the event your plans have changed or can no longer attend the youth camp, you can request for a refund up to 2 months before the event. Any request to refund after 31st May 2023 will no longer be accepted unless special circumstances applies (with discretion of the Youth Camp Planning Committee). You can nominate someone to take your place on your behalf, but a refund can no longer be issued.
